Please do use it as the core of your mobile squadron.
- Development requires at least 20 , 30 , 10 , 30 , with Bauxite as primary resource for a drop rate of 8% or Ammo as primary resource for a drop rate of 8%. No reports exist of successful development with Fuel/Steel as primary resource.

Takashige Egusa was deeply involved in the development of Suisei for his valuable experience in dive bombing and to create a dive bomber he found satisfactory.
