First, no guarantee, really. It shouldn't be too hard to get a list of ships and figure out if a link of that form concerns a ship though.
Second, the difference between http://kancolle.wikia.com/wiki/Seaplane_Tender_Princess_II?redirect=no (needs edit) and http://kancolle.wikia.com/wiki/Air_Defense_Princess_II?redirect=no (doesn't need edit). If it helps with filtering, anything newer than Air Defense Princess II should be already done. I believe the opposite applies, but I can't guarantee it.
